Woolworths opened in South Clifton in 1953. It was on Princess Victoria Street. It’s a mystery one as there are no photos of the building as a Woolworths. It closed before 1995 as it’s not on that store list.
Today Harvey Jones and Farrow & Ball are at number 16 and 18, and it’s a listed building.
