56 Bury Old Road, Cheetham Hill, Manchester M8 5BN

Woolworths opened in Cheetham Hill in 1938. It was on a corner plot and had an interesting looking facade.

A larger Big W opened in Cheetham Hill in the 2000s. It was out-of-town so didn’t affect this store, which traded until 2nd January 2009.
