73 High Street, North Berwick, East Lothian EH39 4HG
Woolworths opened in the Scottish seaside town of North Berwick in 1953. It was a small store on the High Street in a building that looked quite different from its neighbours.

A recollection from a former Woolworths manager Scott Barber, “Margaret and Moira Wright Mother and daughter were both managers of this small store in North Berwick ……I always said I would have liked this store as my last before retiring.”
The store closed in December 2008 after 55 years of trading from this location.
